Can I find Woodcessories products in a store?
We do not have our own Woodcessories stores, but you can buy our products at various retailers.
Is Woodcessories a sustainable company - also in terms of other business activities?
Absolutely. As a company, we try to keep our ecological footprint as low as possible by sending CO2 neutral, paying attention to waste separation and recycling and training our employees in sustainability.
In addition, we create incentives for our employees to stand up for nature. For example, we encourage our employees to come to work by train or bicycle instead of by car.
What social projects do you support?
Together with our partner 'Trees for the Future' we plant one tree per sold Woodcessories product. Our focus is not only on planting trees, we want to help improve life by doing something for the oxygen balance and creating better agricultural and living conditions for local farmers.

Do I need an account for my order?
You can order with a guest access. Still we are recommending to create a personal account.
Which advantages does a personal account have?
With this link you have the possibility to create your personal Woodcessories account. Your future orders will be faster and easier as you can check your recent orders, their status and even your order history. Apart from that you don't need to reenter your personal dates for further orders.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you forgot your password, just click "Password forgotten" in the log in area and enter your email address. We will send you a mail with a link that helps you set a new password for your account.
Payment
What are my payment options?
Our unique products are easy and convenient to pay in advance (PayPal / instant transfer / general bank transfer), by credit card (Mastercard / Visa / American Express), or Amazon Pay. Other international customers are also able to pay via American Express or iDeal.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
With every package you receive an invoice in printed form. Additionally, you receive an invoice with your order confirmation via e-mail. Should you not have received said e-mail, please contact our customer support at hello@woodcessories.com.

How does the order transaction work?
Check woodcessories.com. Place your favorite item into the shopping cart and follow the steps. After you choose your paying method and finish the order transaction you will receive a confirmation via email.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. Every one of a kind is worth being wrapped up and shipped.
I didn't receive an order confirmation. Has my order still gone through?
If you have not received an automatic order confirmation, your order is usually still successful. To make sure that this is the case, simply send us an email at hello@woodcessories.com.
Can I choose the grain & structure for my item beforehand?
Each of our wood and stone products is completely unique and therefore we are unable to offer any other pre-selection other than type and colour. But we guarantee you a 100% individual and special case!

Will the wooden piece look the same as on the picture?
No, our products are one of kind! Every single accessory is a unique product and there will be no other identical one in the world. Since we solely work with natural & controlled materials, each accessory has its own grain and color pattern which gives your cover its individual look and feel.
How will my Woodcessories product react to rain and humidity?
Woodcessories products are coated with a light, clear natural resin that is resistant to sweat. The treatment makes the products stable and weather-resistant. Water splashes do not present a problem for Woodcessories products but you should avoid constant contact with water.
What exactly is sustainable about your products?
On the one hand, our company philosophy and the cooperation with Trees for the Future contribute a great deal to supporting our nature. On the other hand, we pay great attention to sustainability in our materials and packaging. Our wood comes from controlled, sustainable forestry and our Bio Cases consist of agricultural waste. We use wheat & straw (which would otherwise be burned during production) to make cool phone cases. It's even a recycled product: our customers can send their used cases back to us and we make new cases out of them.
Another important aspect: Quality! We pay attention with all our products to an extremely high quality, because only a product that lasts many years or even decades is sustainable.
Where do you produce and how do you control production conditions?
We have our roots in small workshops in Germany. As early as 2013, hand-made docking stations made of recycled ship wood were built here! In the meantime, however, our products are produced in Slovenia and Poland and prototypes continue to be manufactured in our German workshops. However, some large-scale production or individual parts - such as the electronic components for our wireless chargers - are manufactured in Asia because we want them to come from certified Apple suppliers. Of course we only work with certified suppliers and workshops, which are managed and controlled by us and comply with important environmental regulations and production standards (e.g. BSCI, ISO9001 compliant). We visit each workshop at least twice a year and check whether the production and working conditions are adhered to.
In addition, we really buy all materials ourselves & all raw materials pass through our hands. Of course also our wood, which we purchase from controlled forestry companies in the USA and Europe. From the very beginning we have attached great importance to honest materials and traditional handicraft.
Can I trust in a fair production of Woodcessories products?
We guarantee a controlled production with partners we know and trust in. All companies we work with follow our ecological and ethical standards and we regularly check the productions conditions. It is extremely important to us, to know, where our products come from! More information is available on the page Our Crafts.
Does the production harm the environment?
Don?t worry, we care for the environment and pay attention to sustainability when we source our materials. All wood types are tested and originate only from sustainable forestry. Additionally we are part of the organization Trees for the Future (TFTF) and plant a tree for every product purchased. Our packaging is 100% recyclable.
Which materials are used for the production?
All products from our collections have a natural origin! We only use real wood and real stone. Both raw materials are mainly purchased from Germany, Asia and the US. All wood originates only from sustainable forestry. Also the slate derives from sustainable sources and is won ecologically friendly. For more information just check the category "About us".
Are Woodcessories products vegan?
Except for our AirCases and the EcoPad Leather Edition all products are completely vegan.

Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
Apart from Germany we ship to many other countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, US etc. For a complete list of shipment destinations please check our shipment information.
How long does shipping take?
Your new Woodcessories favourite will reach you within 1-4 business days (for prepayment, the day following the customer's payment order counts; for other payment methods, the day following the conclusion of the contract). You can find more information about the shipping time in the shipping information. If delays occur you can always contact our customer support: hello@woodcessories.com.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany shipment is 3,99€ with standard shipping. Depending on the shipment method we also offer shipment within Europe starting from 6,99€. For all detail shipment costs please refer to our shipment information.
Do you offer express delivery?
If an order is received by 12 noon (Mo-Fr), the item will be delivered the next day. If an order is received after 12 noon, the products will be delivered within 48 hours.
Can I have goods delivered to packing stations?
Sure, we're delivering wherever you want!
How do you ship the orders?
To ensure that you receive your one-of-a-kind Woodcessories product quickly & irreproachably, we ship our products with various partners, such as DHL, UPS, ParcelOne and Fedex.
Can I see where my package currently is?
Yes, you will receive your personal tracking number from us in the shipping confirmation, which you can use to check the shipment status of your order at any time.

Returns
Can I return my Woodcessories product?
If there is something wrong with your order or you have ordered the wrong size, you can of course return your order within 30 days. Simply fill out our enclosed returns form (which you can also find on our website) and send it back to us. Usually this can take up to 2 weeks, but we apologize in advance for any delays and assure you that we will always try to refund your money as soon as possible.
Is the return free of charge or do I have to bear the costs myself?
For environmental reasons, we have decided not to offer a free return. We do not want to promote the already large volume of parcels and accumulation of packaging waste and hope to ensure that only defective or otherwise faulty orders are returned. In case of defective products Woodcessories will of course cover the return costs.
